Scope & Content

Series consists of negatives, slides, photographs, visual ephemera, films, and related audio tracks on cassette tapes. The films are home movies from the years 1970 and 1971. The majority of the slides were taken by Coutts-Smith when he visited Australia in 1980. Some slides also document the installation of the Coutts-Smith Artext exhibition in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1980.
