Biography
Kevin Schmidt (b. 1972) is a Vancouver and Berlin-based artist who works in diverse media with a focus on photography and video, often demonstrating strong interests in landscape, music and popular culture. Since graduating from Emily Carr University in 1997, Schmidt has received national and international attention, including exhibitions at Galerie Barbara Thumm (Berlin), Vancouver Art Gallery and Musée d’art Contemporain de Montréal.
