Object Description

Item is a paste-up derived from the performance, "Rectum as Inner Space" by Cosey Fanni Tutti (Christine Newby), which took place at COUM Transmissions (Genesis P. Orridge). Performance took place on January 21, 1976. Photography is credited to A. Klick, a postcard included in the 1977 Image Bank Post Card Show. The paste-up consists of a black and white photographic print mounted on card. The image shows an individual, noted as Cosey Fanni Tutti, lying facedown on a blanket of objects. The card is inscribed "COUM TRANSMISSIONS" and "85.5%". It is stamped "Panama Design Studio" on the verso.
