Item is a multiple produced for S.M.S. [Shit Must Stop] No. 4, published by Letter Edged in Black Press. It consists of two pieces of plexiglass, a tube of paint, a number of bolts and washers, and a set of instructions, all contained in a plastic bag. The tube of paint is labeled "MERDCOLOR ARBIL".
