Object Description
Item is a "Magnetische Postkarte" by Joseph Beuys, a postcard edition issued by Edition Staeck. It is made of a sheet of iron with the text "MAGNETISCHER ABFALL" embossed on the front, and cut and screenprinted to resemble a postcard on the verso. The postcard is stored in a cardboard box, along with a magnetized round metal disc screenprinted with the text "Haup" for "Haupstrom".
