Object Description

Item is a boxed edition of postcards by Klaus Staeck, produced for the Berlinische Galerie. The box is signed by the artist. The postcards were originally produced between 1969 and 2009, as "Originalgrafik - Serie A". One postcard advertises the retrospective of Staeck's work at the Berlinische Galerie, from May 29 to August 31, 2009, for which the boxed edition was made. There is also one postcard from the Musees royaux des Beaux-Arts de Belgique, in Brussels, illustrated with a reproduction of a sign by Marcel Broodthaers from his work "Musee d'art Moderne. Dt des aigles", 1971.
