Item is issue 24 of Ian Hamilton Finlay's periodical of visual poetry, Poor. Old. Tired. Horse. The periodical (1962-1968) began to publish an increasing amount of visual poetry starting with issue 5., becoming one of the most important visual poetry magazines internationally.

This issue is a record in photographs by Graham Keen at the Brighton ('67) Festival. It also includes work by Claus Bremer, Eugen Gomringer, Ian Hamilton Finlay, Hansjörg Mayer, John Furnival, Edwin Morgan, Stephen Bann, and Kenelm Cox.
