Item is issue 21 of Ian Hamilton Finlay's periodical of visual poetry, Poor. Old. Tired. Horse. The periodical (1962-1968) began to publish an increasing amount of visual poetry starting with issue 5., becoming one of the most important visual poetry magazines internationally.

This issue features the work of Brazilian concrete poet Edgard Braga, with typography and layout by Nigel Sutton. There is also an introduction by Augusto de Campos.
