Item is issue 19 of Ian Hamilton Finlay's periodical of visual poetry, Poor. Old. Tired. Horse. The periodical (1962-1968) began to publish an increasing amount of visual poetry starting with issue 5, becoming one of the most important visual poetry magazines internationally.

This issue contains Ronald Johnson's poem "Io and the ox-eye daisy." Designed by John Furnival.
