Object Description

Item is an artists' book by N.E. Thing Co. Ltd., self-published in Vancouver in 1978. It describes the evolution of the N.E. Thing Company corporate identity. An excerpt of the 1969 Companies Act granting the N.E. Thing Company status as an incorporated company is printed on the cover. The cover is embossed with the N.E. Thing Co. Ltd. seal. 'Volume 1 N.E. Thing Co. Ltd.' is printed on the spine, the note "Please complete and return N.E Thing Company Limited" is printed on the back cover. Inside cover is signed by Iain Baxter and Joy. The book is introduced with a letter from Jean-Christoph Ammann.
