Carnival: the first panel: 1967-70

Item is a book titled: "Carnival" by Steve McCaffery, published in Toronto by Coach House Press in 1973. The cover has text overlaid so many times that it appears primarily black. The title is in red along the top. Below it reads: "the first panel: 1967-70", then the author name, and the publisher at the very bottom. The book contains pages of designs in red and black font. There is a loose postcard that shows a large image that is created if all the pages are removed from their bindings and laid out. There is another loose page of errata. The book is made out to Image Bank and signed by the author.
