- Item is a hat made of yellow paper with the words "rainbow kid" written on the front, and a paper circle labelled "town fool" hanging from the top. The hat is decorated with a rainbow, gold stickers, and is stapled and taped together. The hat was used in Anna Banana's time as Victoria's self-proclaimed town fool and was worn with multiple costumes.
