- Pink Dress was worn by Kate Craig in Lin Bennett's performance Amy Vanderbilt’s Valentine’s Ball, 1975. It is a wrap dress with a sash on either side to tie around the waist and two small metal fasteners on the inside to secure the fabric pieces together when worn. The shape of the skirt is asymmetrical when laid flat.
