Manhattan apartment artists' meeting texts

Item is two documents relating to an artists' meeting at Keith Donovan's Vancouver apartment in the Manhattan. One is a type written transcript of the now lost audiocassette recording of the meeting between Donovan, John Mitchell, Rick Hambleton, Liz Vander Zaag, and Dave Larson. The other is a handwritten document containing John Mitchell's original speech for the recording.
