Object Description: Bottle vase, of cylindrical form, bulging above base and narrowing to upturned circular mouth. Body squared and decorated on four sides with varying diagonal impressions and incising, and pressed horizontals. Grey porcellanous stoneware burned orange where exposed. Glaze of molten ashes, lustrous shiny yellow where flashed, matt yellow to brown speckled where thin, including base of pot. -Charmian Johnson, 2005 Studio ceramics
