Object Description: Jar, perhaps water jar, having inward-sloping flange-like mouth rim (glazed), twisted lug handles above indented waist. Lower body pressed to ovoid with vertical knife impressions. Cut bevel to recessed base. Pale grey porcellanous stoneware. Flashed orange from wood firing.
