- Lidded jar. Stoneware; black lustrous glaze; transparent glaze. Jar of cylindrical form having inset lid wth twisted nugget knob, twisted lugged side handles at shoulders, exterior ridges and bandings of rib-thrown form, sharply incised bamboo knife indentations. Flat base. Grey-white stoneware. Shiny black lustrous glaze breaking to transparent. -Charmian Johnson, 2005
