Item is a letter submitted by an unknown sender to Art Rat (Gary Lee-Nova) for the Dead Letter Funeral project. Item has various statements rubber stamped on pages and envelope: "Change of Heart"; "Dear Rat I must decline. Too busy. A Friend"; and "Dear Rat Glad to oblige. A Friend".
