Object Description

Item is a response from the Fat City School of Finds Art (Lowell Darling) in response to Art Rat's (Gary Lee-Nova) Dead Letter Funeral project. Item is many pieces of ephemera including a playing card with an image of a person's face on it, a blank money bill, a business card for "Dragon Tattoo Shop" (620 Davie Street) and an image of East Asian mythological figures. Another piece of ephemera is a paper with imagery made up of swirling lines and Chinese text with English translation overlaid on it. The text is taken from the Tao Te Ching by the Chinese poet and Taoist Lao Tzu (written "Lao Tse" in the text).
