A Treatise on Tibet

Item is a bundle of loose sheets of paper with text. The papers were mailed to the Belkin gallery from someone calling themself Michel Foucault. The envelope that the papers arrived in is inscribed with a return address in the Netherlands; however the postage stamps are all from Canada Post. The papers are entitled "A Treatise on Tibet". Item includes the enclosed letter from Foucault to Scott Watson, director of the gallery, with the artist's signature and the mailing envelope.
