BC Almanac(h)-CB

Item is the monograph BC Almanac or, as it was officially (bilingually) referred to, the BC Almanac(h)-CB, edited by Jack Dale and Michael de Courcy. The book was commissioned by the National Film Board of Canada Stills Division, for an exhibition of the same title, as a survey of the photography of the west coast of Canada. The original publication contained a series of 15 individual artists' books. The project was not considered to be an Intermedia project, although many of the artists involved were either currently associated with Intermedia or had been involved in the past. Item includes photographs by the following artists: Jack Dale, Michael de Courcy, Christos Dikeakos, Judith Egglington, Gerry Gilbert, Glenn Lewis, Taras Masciuch, Michael Morris, N.E. Thing Co. Ltd., Roy K. Kiyooka, Jone Payne Timothy Porter, Peter Thomas, Vincent Trasov, and Robertson Wood.
