File contains images of Michael Morris' early paintings, presented outside in a natural landscape. File contains images of paintings, including "Captain January" created in 1967. All paintings shown have a metal frame, an element Morris used during this time. The metal frames were made of steel and rectangular or square with rounded corners. The frames were left polished steel, painted with enamel, or a metallic lacquer finish that were used for custom cars.
