Scope & Content
Subseries is composed of textual records, photographic prints, negatives, and slides relating to Itter's 1989 installation Western Blue Rampage, which was exhibited at the Contemporary Art Gallery in Vancouver in 1990 alongside work by Sandra Semchuk. It was a floor-spill assemblage composed of found objects, combined with images of the Northwest coast forest. An artist's book by the same name with handwritten text in the form of journal entries was published in 1990 to accompany the show, a copy of which is available with this subseries.
