Mr. Peanut campaign material series

Series consists of material relating to the collaborative performance of Mr. Peanut’s 1974 mayoral campaign by Vincent Trasov and John Mitchell. The series includes photographs taken by Keith Donovan of the campaign primarily for the publication The Rise and Fall of the Peanut Party. Also included is a silkscreen print of John Mitchell by Donovan, a Letraset and rubber stamp campaign button design on paper, and a handmade exhibition poster.
