Scope & Content
File consists of two folders containing an exhibition catalogue, press release, correspondence, receipts, catalogue lists, condition reports, photographs, and fabric samples. The two concurrent exhibitions were organized by the Extension Services, The National Gallery of Canada. The first exhibition featured work created in the Lithography Workshop in Nova Scotia by the following artists: Art McKay, John Griefen, Gordon Raynor, Robert Murray, David Bolduc, Greg Curnoe, Hugh MacKenzie, Art Green, Gene Davis, Philip Pearlstein, N.E. Thing Co. Ltd, Francois Dallegret, Garry Kennedy, Bob MacLean, Dan Graham, Bruce Parsons, Joyce Wieland, Pat Kelty, Guido Molinari… (29 artists). The second part of the exhibition featuring sculptures by the Quebec artists Cozic (Monic Brassard and Yvon Cozic) and Jean-Marie Delavalle. The exhibition was shown at the UBC Fine Arts Gallery from July 1 to August 31, 1972.
