Scope & Content

Series consists largely of Metcalfe's archive of collected materials, excluding materials collected for his Banal Beauty Inc. and Leopard Realty research. As part of his artistic research, Metcalfe built a collection of images drawn from a number of sources - print media, popular culture and Mail Art networks. Series also contains materials related to the Western Front artists' collective, which was co-founded by Metcalfe.
