Scope & Content
File consists of three folders all containing early Image Bank materials, primarily correspondence, posters, and mailings. Folder 1 of 3 contains newspaper and magazine clippings, cards and letters addressed to Michael Morris, colour photographs and black and white instamatic photographs relating to the Marcel Duchamp star bathing cap, 3 colour slides of Niagara Falls, Coach House Press, and 'Glen's Barn', and an exhibition postcard for Vincent Trasov's 'Flammable' exhibition. Folder 2 of 3 contains an Ant Farm placemat and two pieces of sheet music for 'I said my pajamas (and put on my pray'rs)' from 1950 and 'When the right girl comes along' from 1907. Folder 3 of 3 contains primarily administrative correspondence sent to Michael Morris (many letter are unopened) from Vancouver Cable Vision, the Vancouver Art Gallery, the University of Victoria's Fine Arts Department, and the UBC Fine Arts Gallery, as well as from Leo Castelli and Alvin Balkind.
